Do you say yes when you mean no, then feel exhausted and resentful? This course helps you understand what boundaries really are, why saying no can feel so hard, and how people-pleasing habits develop, often for very good reasons.
You will map where your limits are being crossed across time, energy, work, money, personal space and your phone, then build a ladder of small, practical boundaries to try. Ready-made saying-no scripts give you the words for buying time, saying yes with limits and handling pushback, and a practice tracker shows your confidence growing week by week.
It is for anyone who finds it hard to say no to family, friends or colleagues, wants to stop overcommitting, or simply wants more time for rest and the things they care about. It is general education about everyday wellbeing and relationships, not therapy, and it explains where to get help if a relationship feels controlling or unsafe.
Understand what a personal boundary is, the different kinds of boundaries in everyday life, and the common myths that make people afraid to set them.
Explore where people-pleasing comes from, what it costs you, and the patterns in your own life with a short self-check.
