Every couple disagrees. What matters more is how you talk, how you handle arguments and how you repair things afterwards. Small, regular habits, such as a weekly check-in, listening without interrupting and saying thank you, often make more difference than big gestures.
Our relationship courses focus on those everyday skills: communicating clearly, cooling down before a row escalates, fair-argument rules, rebuilding trust after it has been broken, and agreeing boundaries with in-laws. Each course comes with tools you fill in together, from check-in prompts to repair scripts and agreements.
The courses are for couples in ordinary difficulties. They are not couples counselling and are not suitable where there is abuse or control in a relationship. If you are afraid of your partner, put your safety first and get specialist help.
