Finding out about an affair, a secret relationship online, hidden debts or months of lying can turn your world upside down. Whether you are the partner who was hurt or the one who broke trust, it is hard to know what to do next, how long it will take, or whether it is even possible to feel close again.
This course takes you through rebuilding step by step: steadying things in the first weeks, telling the full truth and apologising in a way that helps, agreeing fair transparency without sliding into control, handling triggers, understanding why it happened, and slowly rebuilding friendship, intimacy and forgiveness. It also explains when counselling can help, the warning signs that a relationship is not safe, and how to separate with care if that is your decision.
It is for couples who both feel safe with each other and want to try, and for individuals working out what they want. You will build a shared trust rebuilding plan, a written transparency agreement, a private progress check-in and use a confidential counselling checker.
What trust is made of, what a betrayal does to both partners, and how to decide whether you both want to try to rebuild.
