About this course

Menopause brings enough to think about without wondering what to eat every evening. This practical course helps you build a 4-week rotating meal plan that you plan once and repeat. It is based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025-2030, and advice from US health agencies for midlife women: enough calcium and vitamin D, protein at every meal, plenty of fiber, vegetables and fruit, fatty fish once a week, and less saturated fat, sodium and added sugar.

You will set up a base menu, fill in four weeks of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, turn your plan into monthly and weekly shopping lists, run a weekly batch-cook session safely, and use twelve simple recipe cards. You will also plan for real life: work days, eating out, hot or tired days and a household with different needs.

This course is for women in perimenopause, menopause or after menopause, and anyone cooking for them. It does not promise to treat symptoms or change your weight. It gives you a calm, realistic plan so good food is the easy option.

Questions about this course

Is there a special diet for menopause?

No. US advice is a healthy, balanced eating pattern based on the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025-2030, with enough calcium and vitamin D, plus regular activity. This course helps you plan that in a way that fits midlife, with extra focus on calcium, protein, fiber and heart-friendly choices.

Will this course help with my hot flashes or weight?

This course is about planning balanced meals, not treating symptoms, and it does not promise any weight change. Some women notice that caffeine, alcohol or spicy food affect their hot flashes, and you can note this in your planner. If symptoms are affecting your life, talk to your doctor about the options.

Do I need to count calories or weigh food?

No. You will use simple checks instead: about three calcium foods a day, a protein food at each meal, vegetables and fruits through the day, and one fatty fish meal a week. There are no calorie targets in this course.

I am vegetarian or vegan. Will the plan work for me?

Yes. Many of the recipes are plant-based, and you can swap fish and meat for beans, lentils and calcium-set tofu, and use unsweetened calcium-fortified plant drinks and yogurts. If you eat no animal foods at all, ask your doctor or pharmacist about vitamin B12 and other nutrients you may need to plan for.

What do I get with this course?

6 modules with 18 short lessons (about 2 hours in total) and 4 interactive tools, including the 4-Week Menopause Meal Planner, Menopause Meal Planning Shopping Lists and Menopause Batch-Cook Plan. Your tool results save to My Progress. A 10-question final check ends the course; score 7 or more for your certificate. Price: $19.99 (before any sales tax).
