About MyNutriCare

We make short, practical courses on everyday nutrition and wellness, with the tools built in so you can use what you learn the same day.

What we do

Good food and health advice is easy to find but hard to put into practice. MyNutriCare turns official US guidance into short lessons and pairs each one with a tool: a tracker, a meal planner, a checklist or a question sheet for your next appointment.

Our courses cover seventeen topics in six areas of life: eating well and moving more; pregnancy and postpartum; feeding and raising children; women's and men's health; mind, sleep and self-care; and family, aging and caregiving.

  • Self-paced lessons you can read in a few minutes on your phone.
  • Interactive tools that save to your account and download as PDFs.
  • A final check and a certificate with its own verification ID.
  • One payment per course, with no subscription.

How we write and check our courses

Every US course is written by Dr Aqsa Mukhtiar, PhD in Nutrition, who also reviews the nutrition content. Each course is built on official US sources, such as:

  • the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, 2025–2030, from HHS and USDA;
  • FDA guidance on the Nutrition Facts label, Daily Values and food allergen labeling;
  • CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics advice on pregnancy, infant feeding, starting solids and food safety;
  • the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans and NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheets.

Each course lists its sources so you can read the original advice yourself. Courses on topics outside our author's specialist area, such as menopause hormone therapy, mood or sleep problems, are written as general education from official information and do not replace advice from your doctor or another qualified clinician.

Education, not treatment

Our courses help you understand healthy habits and prepare for conversations with health care providers. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and they are not individualized nutrition counseling.

  • Course pages show what to check first, for example if you are pregnant, take medicines or have a long-term condition.
  • Courses on sensitive topics include a when to get help section that points to your doctor, OB-GYN or midwife, pediatrician, pharmacist, urgent care, 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
  • Our weight courses never promise a set amount of weight loss and are not for anyone under 18.
  • Our calculators and checkers give general information, not a diagnosis.
If you are worried about your health or someone else's, contact your doctor or health care provider. In an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988.

How we describe our courses

We follow the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on health claims. That means:

  • no testimonials, reviews or before-and-after photos on our course pages;
  • no promises of weight loss, symptom relief or any other result;
  • no claims that a food, habit or course treats or cures a condition;
  • course benefits described as what you will learn and be able to do.

What we care about

  • Practical: every lesson ends with something you can do today.
  • Honest: we say what the evidence and official US guidance say, and we say when something is uncertain or has recently changed.
  • Respectful: no shame, no fad diets and no foods labeled as good or bad.
  • Private: your tracker and tool entries are yours. We never sell them, and you can export or delete them at any time from My Progress.

Questions people ask

Is MyNutriCare part of a government agency?

No. MyNutriCare is an independent education company. Our US courses are based on official guidance from agencies such as HHS, USDA, CDC, FDA and NIH, but we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Do your courses replace a registered dietitian nutritionist?

No. Our courses are general education for healthy adults and families. For advice about your own situation, talk to your doctor, who can tell you whether seeing a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) would help.

Who writes the courses?
