About MyNutriCare
We make short, practical courses on everyday nutrition and wellbeing, with the tools built in so you can use what you learn the same day.
What we do
Good food and health advice is easy to find but hard to put into practice. MyNutriCare turns trusted UK guidance into short lessons and pairs each one with a tool: a tracker, a meal planner, a checklist or a question sheet for your next appointment.
Our courses cover seventeen topics in six areas of life: eating well and moving more; pregnancy and new parents; feeding and raising children; women's and men's health; mind, sleep and self-care; and family, ageing and care.
- Self-paced lessons you can read in a few minutes on your phone.
- Interactive tools that save to your account and download as PDFs.
- A final check and a certificate with its own verification ID.
- One payment per course, with no subscription.
How we write and check our courses
Every UK course is written by Dr Aqsa Mukhtiar, PhD in Nutrition, who also reviews the nutrition content. Each course is built on official UK sources, such as:
- The Eatwell Guide and NHS healthy eating pages.
- NHS advice on pregnancy, breastfeeding, formula feeding and weaning.
- The UK Chief Medical Officers' physical activity and low-risk drinking guidelines.
- NICE guidance where it applies, for example on menopause.
Each course lists its sources so you can read the original advice yourself. Courses on topics outside our author's specialist area, such as HRT, mood or sleep problems, are written as general education from NHS and NICE information and do not replace advice from your GP or another qualified clinician.
Education, not treatment
Our courses help you understand healthy habits and prepare for conversations with health professionals. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
- Course pages show what to check first, for example if you are pregnant, take medicines or have a long-term condition.
- Courses on sensitive topics include a when to get help section that points to your GP, midwife, health visitor, pharmacist, NHS 111 or 999.
- Our weight courses never promise a set amount of weight loss and are not for under-18s.
- Our calculators and checkers give general information, not a diagnosis.
What we care about
- Practical: every lesson ends with something you can do today.
- Honest: we say what the evidence and UK guidance say, and we say when something is uncertain.
- Respectful: no shame, no fad diets and no foods labelled as good or bad.
- Private: your tracker and tool entries are yours. You can export or delete them at any time from My Progress.
