Many women leave a doctor's appointment about perimenopause or menopause feeling they did not get their point across. Symptoms come and go, the worst days are easy to forget, and a short appointment passes quickly. This short, practical course helps you change that.
Over eight weeks you track your symptoms, sleep, mood, periods and how much they affect your life, then turn it all into a five-line summary. You learn, as education only, the options Canadian clinical guidance describes, so the words your doctor or nurse practitioner uses feel familiar. Then you build a clear appointment script, choose your key questions and plan what happens after the appointment.
It is for women who think they may be in perimenopause or menopause, women who have had a disappointing appointment before, and anyone supporting them. It does not diagnose or recommend treatment: it helps you have a better conversation with the professionals who can.
Understand the stages of menopause, how doctors and nurse practitioners recognize them, and why a written record of your symptoms helps you get the right help.

Yes. Many women use it to see how a treatment is going before a review. Do not change how you take any medicine based on your scores; take your tracker to your doctor, nurse practitioner or pharmacist instead.
