Yes. The Australian edition follows the Australian Dietary Guidelines (NHMRC, 2013) and the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating. Lessons use serves and kilojoules and teach the labels you see in Australian supermarkets, such as the Nutrition Information Panel and the Health Star Rating. NHMRC is reviewing the dietary guidelines, and we will update the courses when new guidelines are published.
No. The courses are general education about healthy habits, based on Australian public health guidance. They do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medicines, speak to your GP, midwife, pharmacist or another health professional before making changes. You pay once per course, in Australian dollars, and your access has no time limit. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Yes. When you answer at least 7 of the 10 final questions correctly, you can download a certificate of completion with your name, the course title and a verification ID. It shows you completed a general education course and is not a professional qualification.
Yes, in most cases. Our voluntary refund promise gives you a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course and no certificate has been issued. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Our refund policy has the details.
