A new baby brings so much love, and also broken sleep, new roles, less time and more to disagree about. Many couples find they feel more like tired co-workers than partners. This course helps you understand why that happens and gives you practical, realistic ways to stay close.
You will learn how to hold a short weekly check-in, ask clearly for what you need, share the visible and invisible work fairly, cool down arguments safely and make up afterwards. You will also find small ways to connect in ten minutes a day, simple ideas for eating well together, and calm, honest guidance on intimacy after birth.
The course also covers the mental health of both parents, setting boundaries with family, and where to get confidential help if a relationship is not safe. It is for every kind of couple, whether your baby is on the way or already here.
Understand why the first year with a baby puts pressure on most couples, and why that is normal rather than a sign something is wrong.
