Yes. The Canadian edition uses Canada's Food Guide, Health Canada advice on pregnancy and infant feeding, the Canadian 24-Hour Movement Guidelines and Canada's Guidance on Alcohol and Health. Food label lessons cover the Nutrition Facts table and the front-of-package "High in" symbol, and help sections point to Canadian services such as 811, 988 and 911.
No. The courses are general education about healthy habits, based on Canadian public health guidance. They do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medicines, speak to your family doctor or nurse practitioner, midwife, pharmacist or a registered dietitian before making changes.

You pay once per course, in Canadian dollars, and your access has no time limit. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Yes. When you answer at least 7 of the 10 final questions correctly, you can download a certificate of completion with your name, the course title and a verification ID. It shows you completed a general education course and is not a professional qualification.
Yes, in most cases. You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course and no certificate has been issued. Any rights you have under your province's or territory's consumer protection law are not affected. Our refund policy has the details.
