We cannot give personal medical or nutrition advice by email. For health concerns, contact your own health professional.

- the email address on your account;
- your order number, if your question is about a payment or a refund;
- the course title and, for a technical problem, the device and browser you are using.
What we can help with
- Signing in, your account and your saved tools.
- Payments, tax invoices and refunds.
- Certificates and verification IDs.
- Errors or out-of-date information in a course.
- Your personal information: access, export, correction or deletion. See our privacy policy.
Health questions
We cannot give personal medical or nutrition advice by email. For questions about your own health, your pregnancy or your child's health, contact your GP, midwife, child and family health nurse or pharmacist.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email us with the word Complaint in the subject line. We will acknowledge it within two working days and keep you updated until it is resolved. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected, and our terms of use explain them. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact the consumer protection agency in your state or territory.

Before you email
I cannot find my course after paying. What should I do?
Sign in with the email address you used at checkout and open My Progress. If the course is not there, email us with your order number and we will sort it out.
I forgot my password.
Use the reset link on the sign-in page. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email support@mynutricare.co.uk with your order number. Our refund policy explains when our 14-day refund promise applies and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
