Refund policy
We want you to be happy with every course you buy. This policy explains when you can have a refund and how your legal rights work.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Our 14-day refund promise
You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase if both of these are true:
- you have completed less than 20% of the course, and
- no certificate has been issued for it.
This applies in every country edition, including when you bought a course by mistake or bought the same course twice. Completion is measured by the share of lessons marked as done, which is the progress figure shown for the course on your My Progress page.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@mynutricare.co.uk from the email address on your account, with your order number and the course title.
- We reply within two working days to confirm whether the refund applies.
- Once agreed, we refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
When our refund promise does not apply
Our voluntary refund promise does not cover a course where:
- more than 14 days have passed since purchase;
- you have completed 20% or more of the course; or
- a certificate has been issued.
Your legal rights if a course is faulty or not as described still apply in all of these cases.
If a course is faulty or not as described
If a course does not work properly, has a serious error or is not as described, please tell us. We will fix the problem or replace the content. If we cannot do that within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you, we will give you a price reduction, which can be a full refund. This applies at any time, not only in the first 14 days, and is in addition to our refund promise.
The legal 14-day right to cancel
Applies in: United Kingdom, Ireland
In the UK and Ireland, the law gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases. For digital content, the right ends once access starts if you gave your express consent to immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right. Checkout asks you to confirm this by ticking an unticked box that reads: “I ask for immediate access to my course and I acknowledge that I lose my legal 14-day right to cancel once access starts. This does not affect the refund policy or my rights if a course is faulty.” We save your answer and the time you gave it with your order, and your order confirmation email records it.
- United Kingdom: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and the digital content rights in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Ireland: Consumer Rights Act 2022.
Our refund promise above still applies after you give this consent.
Australia
Applies in: Australia
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected. We provide refunds or other remedies where a course has a major failure, for example if it is not as described or not fit for its purpose. Our 14-day refund promise is a voluntary policy in addition to those rights.
Because your course opens straight away, checkout asks you to confirm with an unticked box that reads: “I ask for immediate access to my course and I have read the terms of use and the refund policy. This does not affect my consumer rights.” Your order confirmation email records it.
New Zealand
Applies in: New Zealand
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Canada and the United States
Applies in: Canada, United States
Our 14-day refund promise applies to every purchase. Any additional rights you have under the consumer protection law of your province, territory or state are not affected.
Because your course opens straight away, checkout asks you to confirm with an unticked box that reads: “I ask for immediate access to my course and I have read the terms of use and the refund policy. This does not affect my consumer rights.” Your order confirmation email records it.
Payment problems
If you see a charge you do not recognise, or a payment has gone wrong, please email us first so we can look into it quickly. You also keep any rights you have with your bank or card provider.
