No. The courses are general education about healthy habits, based on New Zealand public health guidance. They do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or take medicines, speak to your GP, midwife, pharmacist or another health professional before making changes.
Yes. The New Zealand edition follows New Zealand advice, such as the Eating and Activity Guidelines, the Ministry of Health's guidelines for feeding babies and toddlers and New Zealand Food Safety advice for pregnancy. It uses kilojoules, standard drinks, metric units and New Zealand services such as your LMC midwife, Plunket and Healthline.

Courses cost from NZ$19.99 to NZ$47.99, depending on the level. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. You pay once per course, your access has no time limit, and there is no subscription.
Yes. When you answer at least 7 of the 10 final questions correctly, you can download a certificate of completion with your name, the course title and a verification ID. It shows you completed a general education course and is not a professional qualification.
Yes, in most cases. You can have a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course and no certificate has been issued. This promise is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Our refund policy has the details.
